unitized facades.
Our factory at Chandanvelly Industrial Park — the largest curtain wall facility in Hyderabad — takes raw extrusions and glass in one end and sends finished, quality-checked unitized panels out the other, up to 750 sqm a day.

Organised for flow.
One flow runs the length of the hall: aluminium in, finished unitized panels out. Profiles come off the CNC machining line onto the assembly tables, and every panel moves down a triple production line into the dust-free glazing room — 750 sqm of finished facade a day. Everything else on the floor exists to keep that line moving: compressed air at every station, dedicated racks for extrusions and glass.
