How we work

One point of responsibility,
drawing board to handover.

Most facade failures are failures of handover — the designer blames the fabricator, the fabricator blames the installer, and the client is left with a leaking building and no single party accountable. We do all of it ourselves, which means there is only ever one company to call.

Design & engineering

In-house engineers

Our own design team takes the architect's intent and turns it into a buildable system — shop drawings, system selection, structural calculations, and the details that decide whether the facade lasts decades or not.

We would rather be in the conversation at concept than at tender. The cheapest time to fix a facade is before anyone has extruded aluminium for it.

The mock-up

One mock-up per unique element

We provide one mock-up for every unique facade element, on every project — unless the element is trivial in quantity. Mock-up drawings go to the facade consultant, architect, client and PMC for approval before we fabricate and install it.

If new dies are needed, we either develop them on a chargeable basis or — more commonly — build the mock-up with the nearest available sections so the design conversation isn't delayed by tooling. Changes identified after the first mock-up are incorporated — which is precisely what the mock-up is for.

Materials & procurement

Long-standing partners

Extrusion, powder coating and glass processing are the three inputs that decide facade quality, and we buy them from partners we have used for decades. We only use premium makes — you can take it for granted that there will be no deviations from the makes list.

Aluminium extrusion: Global Aluminum · Jindal · Bhoruka
Powder coating: Global Aluminum · JK Coating · Innocoat
Glass processing: Fuso · South Glass · Yesho Tuff

Fabrication

750 sqm/day

Panels are cut, machined, assembled and glazed on our own line at Chandanvelly — 100% Italian machining, a triple production line running through a dust-free glazing room, and up to 750 sqm of finished facade a day.

Building in a clean factory instead of on scaffolding is the whole argument for unitized construction: the quality is controlled at a bench, at eye level, by people who do it every day.

Quality control

4 QA/QC · checklist-driven

Checklist-driven QA at every stage, from first cut to final silicone bead. Every unit is checked before it leaves the factory, because a defect found at a bench costs a fraction of the same defect found on the twentieth floor.

Installation

120+ top tier installers

Units are delivered sequenced floor by floor and installed with our own cranes, cradles and lifting gear.

This is the step most facade contractors subcontract, and it is where single-point responsibility proves its real value.

Handover & aftercare

Attentive after-sales

The facade outlives the programme. We back ours with a 15-year warranty and a decade of aftercare — and in practice we have honoured it well past that.

Digitised end to end

Every stage runs on SAP.

Design, procurement, production, delivery and billing are on fully digitised workflows — so a question about where your panels are has an answer, not an estimate.

FacadeCare

We're supporting our facades,
fifteen years on.

Anyone can warrant a facade on paper. The question worth asking a contractor is what happens in year eleven — when the warranty has expired, the project team has moved on, and something needs fixing.

15

Year warranty

All fabrication and installation work is covered by a 15-year warranty.

10

Years of aftercare

After-sales service is delivered promptly. Broken glass and client-attributed damage are chargeable.

15+

Years, in practice

We've provided after-sales for over fifteen years on good faith, though on paper we're liable for ten.

Customised packages

If your building needs a defined aftercare arrangement rather than our standard one, we'll write one.

What we don't do

We don't take on facade cleaning as job work. It's outsourced — and we're happy to connect you directly with the vendor we trust rather than mark it up.
